The box itself is made from a strong, sturdy three millimetre thick card. This is hand cut, lined, and pieced together by our expert craftsmen. Your design is then printed onto our luxury Suede Vision fabric (the same material that we use to line the box) using a top of the range digital printing technique.
The eco-friendly inks penetrate deep into the fibres of the suede material, resulting in a full colour, edge to edge print, that is permanent, and infused into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface.
The printed Suede Vision is then wrapped around and fixed to your personalised photo box, which is then fully quality checked before being sent out to you.
