Please note that we are sorry we cannot retrospectively add any discount or promo code. It has to be done automatically or not at all. If you have forgotten to add a promotional discount to your order we will not be able to add this afterwards.
For wholesale partners, large bulk orders and companies, contact our Customer Service team with your request via Chat. We then review your request if it's applicable for our wholesale discount and will let you know as soon as possible. If successful, you'll then have a wholesale account with us.

Do let us know if you have a specific budget in mind though. All our products are handmade to order, by our own team of seamstresses, bookmakers, printing technicians etc to ensure the highest quality possible.
We always suggest ordering a product at full price to ensure you're happy with the print, material and finish before placing a large bulk order. Once ready to make your wholesale order, you will need to design your product, change the quantity and save to your account. From your saved products you can then add to cart and the wholesale discount will be applied automatically.
Please note that if you place the order before we have confirmed your wholesale discount, we are not able to refund the corresponding amount afterwards.
If you're a student, enjoy a 20% discount on all your fabric orders. Whether it's for a fashion, design or craft project, we're dedicated in making your fabric prints a reality. We can print onto over 100 different fabrics using our specialist digital printing techniques. With a minimum cart value of $50 and no account set up required. As well as the 20% discount on fabrics, labels, transfer paper and lookbooks, all students will also be eligible to receive 20% off sitewide. Please note that there are some exceptions to this. To see these please check our terms and conditions. This 20% Student Discount applies to all photo gifts, clothing, homeware and stationery across the Bags of Love site.
Before placing your order you will need to create an account and then select the student tab. Complete the fields that are presented to you.

We will then look at the information that you have sent us (we aim to do so within 1 to 2 working days). If everything is all fine, we will approve your application and you will be able to access your student discount as long as you are logged in. If we need any more information or your registration is rejected, we will let you know within this tab (remember your proof of eligibility needs to be dated).
We are very fast in our production and have saved many student projects with our speedy turnaround of 1 - 2 days on average, and even the same day in some cases if ordered before 8pm Mon to Friday. We do however advise to order as early as possible and take into consideration regular productions time as prioritising an order over another means one of our customers will end up with a delayed order which could lead to a complaint.
If you've not bought with us before, then we're glad to have you here. When you first buy a test print, fabric swatch pack, fabric label sample pack or paper sample at full price, you'll receive a discount voucher code on your first fabric, label or paper printing order.
The first-time customer offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. This includes the wholesale discount and any other offers.
Many of our products come with a quantity discount, so the more you buy, the less you pay per item. This will be stipulated on the product page, on the design interface as well as in the basket when you change quantities.
The quantity discount reduces the price per item, so can only be used on the same product.
It should be noted on the product page, however you can always check within the design tool. Click Start Design, go the bottom right hand corner where it says Quantity and you'll easily see if there's a Quantity Discount applied to the product.
If you want 3 of the same design, you can – simply increase the quantity within the design preview. But if you want different designs, just add each one to the basket as normal and the Quantity Discount will be applied automatically. Please note, the Quantity Discount will only come off if you've got more than 1 of the item in your basket.
All offers are mutually exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Company bulk order requests are at our discretion and each request is dealt with individually to accommodate your requirements. Forgetting to apply a voucher code after you've processed the payment is out of our control and we are not obliged to compensate. Any Bags of Love discount seen above can be altered or removed at any time.
