Your face on socks
If you're interested in jumping on the trend of putting your face or your friends' faces on socks as a hilarious prank, a funny gift, or as a genuine heart-felt present, then our online design interface is here to help. The 'repeat pattern' function lets you use one image and have it multiplied and printed all over your personalised socks. To find the Face Tool, simply start a design and when you add images you will see a face icon in the tabs on the right. Click it and you're ready to begin. For the best results, upload a high quality photo looking straight at the camera. The next step is to highlight the area you want printed; you can always use a rubber if you make a mistake. Lastly, change the colour and add a sticker. Ready to get creative? Why not upload a couple photo, or for cuteness value, why not upload a pet?
Pets always at your feet
If your loyal old dog is always at your feet, then why not make sure he stays there even when you're apart? Print the most adorable or perhaps the goofiest photos of your dog on your socks, and treat yourself with creature comforts and a giggle. If you're actually a cat lover, then you could cover a pair of custom socks with pictures of your cats and maybe funny slogans to reflect their personalities.
Helpful hints
When completing the design for your socks, it is important to remember that they are made from a flexible material, and as such, they stretch. When a fabric is stretched, the images can get a little interrupted, but they will return to normal once the material is relaxed. The print and dyes go into the fabric very well, but, like many garments, the colour also lightens as the sock is stretched. If you are uploading a single image, we suggest keeping important details around the leg portion of the sock, as this will be subjected to the least stretch. You can also create photo collage socks to use all your favourite photos. Create collage socks using our collage app on the design interface.
