Custom varsity jackets are available in four fabric combinations. You can choose either black, grey or white for the colour of the ribbing and the zip tape, to better match your design. All four colour options will be beautifully finished with an Italian, silver coloured, polished metal zip. With no minimum orders and wholesale pricing options custom varsity jackets are printed all over, and handmade to the highest quality.

Made to order, by hand

Your custom varsity jackets are made to order by our amazing team of on-site specialists. Our printing technicians will permanently infuse your design onto your chosen fabric combinations with an eco-friendly, long-lasting printing technique. Each panel of your custom letterman jacket is then carefully cut to shape, in accordance with our exclusive pattern, and your chosen size. Ensuring that your print runs from edge to edge is of utmost importance to us so it is imperative that we do these first two steps specifically in that order. Our seamstresses will then stitch your custom letterman jacket together to the highest quality before it is checked and shipped out to you. 

Design tips

Not just for baseball
