To make your own skirt online, it really couldn't be simpler. This skirt is so customisable that you'll end up with a unique skirt that is personalised exactly as you want it. As all of your products are handmade to order, no two garments are ever the same, as a result of this please be aware that all measurements are approximate.
Step One: Choose your size
This skirt is available in a range of sizes from 2XS to 2XL. Unsure which size you'd need? Our design tool gives sizing for each, and we also have a handy measurement checker too which gives you the measurements in centimetres and inches
Step Two: Choose your length
These ladies skirts are available in a mini, midi or maxi length. Each style has a 35mm elasticated belt, with a drawstring detail. The mini is 36cm from the bottom of the belt to the bottom of the skirt, the midi is 59cm and the maxi skirts 96cm, again from the base of the belt to the bottom of the skirt. The drawstring detailing is approximately 28cm from the point where it protrudes the belt to the end of the toggle.
Step Three: Pick your fabric
When you make your own skirt online using our design tool, you can choose the fabric that your flared skirt is made from. Butterfly Smooth Crepe is a lightweight material, with a subtle crepe sheen which has been expertly selected to suit the floaty design of this skirt. Mulmul Soft Muslin is a super-soft lightweight net material with a naturally loose yarn which gives a slightly rustic look to your skirt adding to it's natural charm. Due to the delicate nature of the Mulmul Soft Muslin fabric, some pulls are to be expected and this is not out of the ordinary.
Step Four: Decide on your trim option
Each skirt comes with a 35mm elasticated belt waistline, a 34cm underskirt lining, a 28cm drawstring (on each side) from the skirt's belt to the end of the toggle. This is made from Silk Sensation fabric, which is a satin faced material that feels very soft against your skin. This trim detailing can be either in black or in white, depending on what you choose in the online design tool. The drawstring detailing is beautifully finished with a silver coloured toggle, 15mm in length with a diameter of 5mm at the bottom and a tapered top.
Step Five: Create your own skirt
You can choose whether to add a label - which you get to design - or not when you create your own skirt in our design tool, and then its time to upload your images and use the intuitive make your own skirt online tool to truly customise your skirt. You can view the front, back and label (if you chose one) separately, and using the design view you can see what it looks like when it's on the skirt itself. It really is as easy as that.

Once you have submitted your design to make your own skirt, it is custom printed directly onto your chosen fabric using specialist printing techniques. The inks bond deep into the fibres of the fabric so your design is long-lasting with brilliant vibrancy and detail. Your printed fabric is cut to size and stitched and hemmed by hand for a truly artisan finish.
When you create your own skirt, so much of this skirt is customisable, from the length to the trim, as well as the design that you can do so many things with it. It really is like you get to create your own skirt, from scratch, with someone else doing the tricky bits for you.
