All personalised rugs are handmade to order, carefully cutting and hand stitching to ensure the finish is of the highest standards. The natural cotton fringe is hand sewn into place should you desire to include this style option. We offer fringing options for both or just one edge of your rug. Our specialist printing process goes deep into the velvet fibres, so your design won't crack or peel. Please note: An odour emits from the base/back of the rug as a result of the printing process. This is normal and the odour will air out in a few days.
Care: As with most rugs or carpets, a regular vacuum is ideal. Do not put in the washing machine. If necessary, gently wipe with a damp cloth and keep your rug in prime condition for years to come. Do not use near fireplaces or burning coals/wood. The 10-year guarantee covers print, material, and finish (excludes wear and tear).

You can also create a photo collage - simply select several images and choose your ready-made montage style. We always suggest keeping the edges of your design free of any important details as this might get lost in the hem.
