These smart handmade-to-order 15.75" x 15.75" cloth napkins feature the "Inbooring der Lieukhieu-Eilander” character from a hand-colored Karl Joseph Brodtmann stone lithograph from H.R. Schinz's 1840 Naturgeschichte und Abbidungen des Menschen. Brodtmann was part of the post-Linnaean Age of Enlightenment, hand-colouring sets for biologists and the aristocracy. Brodtmann's work displayed a remarkable sense of aesthetics and scientific accuracy. These upscale napkins are hand-crafted from 100% cotton with a matte finish and are detailed with a hand-stitched hem. Available as a single or in multipacks of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, to 50 or more.
