Skater Dress with Pink Tulip Pattern

This skater dress has a bright fuscia to punch pink color scheme, with some textures of lines almost like the grain in wood, created by ridges in the tulip petals in the photographs that formed the basis of this pattern. Tulip petals, when studied closely, often have subtle patterns of lines in their petals, and gradations of shades of color, and the pattern for this dress tries to show this in a design that should look as if the cloth is made of tulip petals. A nine-pointed star is placed in the center of the front of this dress, also made from tulip petal photographs.
