Why settle for off-the-rack shades when you can create your own custom sunglasses? Our specialist 3-D printing process lets us cover every millimetre of the frame – front, back and both arms – with your design. Whether you’re after a single statement pair or bulk custom sunglasses for a corporate giveaway, the result is vivid, scratch-resistant and built to last.
Each of the four printable sections is produced separately using heat technology that fuses the inks deep into the shatter-proof plastic. This means your colours stay bold and won’t peel or rub off, even after plenty of beach days and festival outings.
Once printed, your pieces are carefully aligned and assembled by our team. Because this is done by hand, alignment can vary by 1–3 mm, so we recommend using repeat patterns or bold graphics rather than fine borders. The lightweight frame weighs just 40 g, yet has passed the drop-ball impact test for peace of mind.

Dark blocks of colour can appear slightly lighter on edges due to the hand-press process. For the cleanest finish, avoid thin lines and keep important text away from the lens area.
