When you order our printed cooler bags, we start by printing your imagery in full colour onto luxurious Monroe Satin. This material has a subtle sheen that makes photos and branding pop. Each panel is hand cut, piped and sewn by our in-house team before being joined to your choice of coloured canvas, an insulated thermal layer and a wipe-clean lining. The result is a lightweight yet strong custom insulated bag that keeps snacks at the right temperature wherever you roam. Ideal as promotional cooler bags for staff, as event merch, or as one-off gifts for whānau, they’re easy to design and even easier to care for – just wipe clean or machine-wash on a gentle 30 °C cycle.
Your personalised cooler bags are handmade by a team of skilled seamstresses and print technicians. Your images are printed onto the front and back of the custom printed cooler bags on our beautiful and luxurious Monroe Satin. This fabric has a slightly textured face, so your photos will look vibrant and bold, and will have a slightly soft finish. Every one of the personalised cooler bags is handmade to order, with each piece hand cut and stitched together. The satin edges are neatly closed to prevent fraying and to ensure your images look their best. Smart piping is added to outline the prints and give the bag a neat edge. Once the printed sections are finished, the rest of the bag is constructed. The canvas is added and the insulated lining, along with the double zip and handle. The overall effect is smart, stylish, and sleek.
Single hero images look striking, but you can also build a montage using our design tool. Add slogans, team colours or a company emblem to create cooler bag custom logo designs that double as on-brand giveaways. For tamariki, upload their artwork or a favourite cartoon so the bag never gets lost at school.
