These old fashioned customers like to be treated by hand, so no machines please! Just wash by hand and hang to dry. Will happily be ironed out with a little steam.
Use a soft tape measure (or a piece of string you can measure later) and wrap it just above the ears and across the forehead. If your head size sits between our brackets, choose the larger option for extra comfort.
There are 10 areas you can design: eight outer panels plus the underside of the peak and the inside of the Velcro strap. Select your thread, Velcro and webbing colours before checking out. Breathable twill fabric keeps you cool, while the curved peak shields your eyes from the Kiwi sun. Our custom ball caps work just as well for family outings as they do for company logo baseball hats or custom baseball hats with logo for your club.
Wipe clean when possible. For a full wash choose a cold cycle and air-dry. Never tumble-dry – the plastic peak does not like heat.
Mix and match colours for a bold segmented look, build a photo collage on every panel or hide a secret message under the brim. You decide.

Measure above your ear, and across your forehead, wrapping round to the back of your head leaving measuring tape slightly loose.
Your artwork is printed directly onto premium poly-blend twill using cutting-edge digital techniques. The bright white base cloth makes colours pop and prevents fading, even under the strong Kiwi sun. Each panel is then precision-cut and stitched edge-to-edge to avoid white seams. Our skilled makers assemble your personalised baseball cap and get it ready for dispatch in just a few days.
Your custom baseball cap is made in the classic six-panel style, each of which can be personalised individually. Use contrasting colours on each segment for an umbrella look, or create a scattered photo collage that reveals hidden details up close.
You can also design the inside of the strap and peak individually – perfect for a personal message or the recipient's name.
To find your perfect hat size, wrap a tape measure just above your ears and across your forehead. If your measurement falls between sizes, pick the larger one.
