Our custom masks are designed to contour the face and consequently have a right and wrong way up. They have a higher bridge for your nose and a more rounded bottom to go under the chin. Each mask has a tag with an arrow up indicator pointing upwards to show the top. The tag should be on your left hand side for easy visual check before you put your mask on. If you prefer your mask without the label, this can easily be cut off.
Our products are all handmade, so always wash your mask before use and avoid touching your face whilst wearing your face covering, for maximum protection.
To put on your personalised mask correctly, place it over your nose and mouth with clean hands, then pull the stretchy elastic straps over both ears. Adjust the fabric to ensure it completely covers your nose, mouth and chin. Pinch the shape forming nose bridge for a snug, comfortable fit.
To safely remove your face mask, unhook the straps from behind your ears and lift the mask off your face, taking care not to touch the front of your mask. Always wash your mask after use.
Always wash your custom mask after each use, for maximum protection. They come in packs of 2 and 4 so you will always have a clean one to hand. They’re machine washable (up to 60 degrees) but aren’t suitable for tumble drying. To bring them back into shape, grab the elastic tightly with one hand, and pull it through with the other hand. Pull the entire elastic, repeat 2-3 times if necessary.

These masks are priced as low as they can be, to get you a really good value quality fabric mask, inc taxes. Shipping is premium tracked, and one price for any amount. We print the fabric, cut and sew it, which is ideal for comfortable fitting masks. Minimum order is one pack. Large orders take longer to produce.
Before placing a large order we recommend ordering a sample first to get a feel of the print, the quality and the size of the masks.
Please note: These face masks are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). So please DO NOT purchase these face masks with the false understanding they will prevent infection from Corona virus. They are more about protecting others to reduce spread. Please wash your mask regularly, ideally daily, to keep it fresh and hygienic. Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, these custom face masks are non-returnable.

Each and every personalised mask is handmade to order in our facility. Available as a pack of two or four, we print your designs directly onto the fabric using a deep infusion printing technique which results in a long-lasting print which is fade-resistant. This means that you can machine wash your custom mask time and time again. Once printed, your fashion mask is then cut to size and shape and stitched together by our expert seamstresses, with two looped pieces of elastic that you can hook over your ears.
As each face covering is handmade to order, we would advise that you wash them before use.
